Who we are

This website is run by Orakh Capital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16243624), registered office 369 Hagley Road West, Quinton, Birmingham, B32 2AL. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at gav@orakhcapital.com.

What we collect

If you use our contact form, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, and, if you add them, your phone number, company name and message. We do not ask for any special category information, so please do not include it.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and keep the site secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

• To read and reply to your message, and to follow up on anything you ask us about. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and your consent when you tick the box on the form.
• To keep the website secure and working. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a safe website.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We use a small number of service providers to run the site and handle email: Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Resend (delivery of contact form messages) and Microsoft (our email). They process data for us under contract. Some of them may process data outside the UK; where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we need them longer for a legal reason or an ongoing relationship.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us to make a request. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
